9 Machine DataThe input of the machine data is the foundation for the functionality of the controlfunctions and methods. In the course of the guided commissioning, the necessaryparameters are inquired according to the selected Configuration 30.9.1 Rated Motor ParametersSet the rated parameters of the three-phase asynchronous machine according to thename plate or the data sheet of the motor. The default settings of the machine parametersare based on the nominal data of the frequency inverter and the correspondingfour-pole three-phase motor. The machine data required for the controlfunctions and methods are checked for plausibility and calculated in the course of thecommissioning.The user should check the rated values specified by default.ParameterSettingsNo. Description Min. The changeoverresults in a change of the dependent parameters by a factor of square root of 3.Attention!The rated data of the motor are to be entered according to the specificationson the rating plate for the motor connection type used (star ordelta connection). If the data entered deviate from the rating plate, theparameters will not be identified correctly. Parameterize the rated dataaccording to the specifications for the motor winding connection indicatedon the rating plate. Take the higher rated current of the connectedasynchronous motor into account.9.2 Further motor parametersIn particular the field-oriented control requires the determination of further data whichcannot be read off the name plate of the 3-phase machine for the precise calculationof the machine model. In the course of the guided commissioning, the parameteridentification was carried out to measure the further motor parameters.9.2.1 Stator ResistanceThe resistance of the stator winding was measured during the guided commissioning.The measured value is stored as a phase value in parameter Stator resistance 377and is 3 times smaller than the winding resistance in delta connection.By default, the equivalent stator resistance of a standard motor is entered to matchthe nominal power of the frequency inverter.ParameterSettingsNo. Description Min.
