The lack of capacity of NDPW hasnegatively impacted on this function. In order to solve thisproblem, the Minister approved the proposed MacroStructures for the establishment of the Defence WorksCapability. This has been done by merging Project LEBA-KA, the Service Corps and facility elements of the LogisticsDiv with effect from 1 April 2011. This will enable the DODto address facility matters with its own capabilities.ANNUAL REPORT FY 2010/2011 21
