The results of the Readiness Index Model willbe used for the Balanced Scorecard Measures. The Officealso developed the SANDF Strategic Plan in accordance withthe guidelines from National Treasury and identified theStrategic Outcomes and Outputs, which the SANDF willendeavour to achieve over the MTEF 2011/12 to 15/16 period.These have also been incorporated into the SANDFAnnual Performance Plan FY2011/12.The Office completed and delivered the EnvironmentalAnalysis of the DOD for the period FY2012/13 toFY2014/15 as an input to the strategic planning process ofthe DOD.
