POWER_DEFAULT_INPUT_IO_TOGGLE_RATE
Type
Specifies the default toggle rate to be used on input I/O pins during power
estimation. This value is only used if a toggle rate has not been specified for a node
either through a Signal Activity File (.saf), Value Change Dump File (.vcd), or user
assignment.
