THROUGH THE YEARS
The best office I ever had was
in Winnipeg, the north-west
corner on the top floor.
Massive.
In my 1992 performance
appraisal, the C.O. wrote “…the
Informatics program plans in
this Division are second to none
across the Force.” Pretty good
tribute if you ask me!
We continued our tradition of
big Christmas trees, but my
God they were expensive.
Must have cost us over $100
every year. Got sticker shock
the first year we purchased
one, and then learned they
were trucked in from Nova
Scotia. What did we know?!
For a measly 25-30 bucks, we
used to cut our own in
Winchester, and they were
massive.
Christmas - 1992
For New Years Eve this year we attended a
formal function at the Air Force Officers Mess.
Very fancy indeed.
