of Ethernet concepts, media, <strong>and</strong> operations to provide a foundation<br />
for the curriculum.<br />
ITCC 1344 CCNA 2: Switching, Routing, <strong>and</strong> Wireless Essentials<br />
(2-4-3) Describes the architecture, components, <strong>and</strong> operations<br />
of routers <strong>and</strong> switches in small networks <strong>and</strong> introduces wireless<br />
local area networks (WLAN) <strong>and</strong> security concepts; provides an<br />
in-depth underst<strong>and</strong>ing of how routers <strong>and</strong> switches operate <strong>and</strong><br />

legal guidelines/regulations/laws. Includes overview of tools used<br />
for forensic analysis of digital devices in investigations.<br />
ITDF 2420 Digital Forensics Collection (2-4-4) A study of acquiring<br />
digital evidence from devices, networks <strong>and</strong> logs while preserving<br />
the evidentiary chain. Includes the legal aspects of the search <strong>and</strong><br />
seizure of computers <strong>and</strong> related equipment/information.<br />
ITDF 2425 Digital Forensics Tools (2-4-4) Skills-based course in the<br />
applications of forensic analysis software <strong>and</strong> hardware tools.<br />
ITDF 2430 Digital Forensics Analysis (2-4-4) Digital forensic<br />
analysis, report preparation, <strong>and</strong> evidence presentation. Emphasizes<br />

Comprehensive application of skills learned in previous digital<br />
forensics courses in a simulated crime scene or workplace<br />
