Texas State Technical College will provide written<br />
notification to students <strong>and</strong> employees regarding<br />
community-related services, victim advocacy, legal<br />
assistance, visa <strong>and</strong> immigration assistance, student<br />
financial aid, <strong>and</strong> other services available for victims,<br />
both within the institution <strong>and</strong> in the community. In<br />
addition, the Title IX Coordinator/Representative will<br />
provide written notification to victims about options<br />
for, <strong>and</strong> available assistance in, changing academic,<br />
living, transportation, <strong>and</strong> working situations along with<br />
information on protective measures. This information<br />
will be provided regardless of whether the victim<br />
chooses to report the crime to campus police or local law<br />
enforcement. This request can be made to the Title IX<br />
Coordinator/Representative.<br />

Discrimination, or to obtain a list of available local,<br />
state, or federal victim services, please contact your local<br />
