Development of writing <strong>and</strong> presentation skills to produce effective<br />

POFT 2380 Cooperative Education - Administrative Assistant<br />

<strong>and</strong> Secretarial Science, General (1-0-3) Career-related activities<br />

encountered in the student's area of specialization offered through<br />

an individualized agreement among the college, employer, <strong>and</strong><br />

student. Under the supervision of the college <strong>and</strong> the employer,<br />

the student combines classroom learning with work experience.<br />

various process systems including related scientific principles.<br />

PTAC 2438 Process Technology III - Operations (2-6-4) This course<br />

emphasizes activities associated with the h<strong>and</strong>s-on operations of<br />

different types of troubleshooting techniques, procedures, <strong>and</strong><br />

methods used to solve process problems. Topics Include Application<br />

of doors <strong>and</strong> windows, moisture fundamentals, indoor pollutants,<br />

<strong>and</strong> health <strong>and</strong> safety issues encountered when making energy<br />

improvements.<br />

using residential energy rating systems. Emphasizes gathering<br />
