A reporting format to cover "natural" pollution incidents in the form of<br />

algal blooms has been developed by the Paris Commission's Working Group on<br />

Nutrients and adopted by the Paris Commission and temporarily by the<br />

Contracting Parties of the Bonn Agreement. The reporting format is approved<br />

for use in the Baltic Sea Area by the 15th meeting of the Combatting<br />

Committee.<br />
