Q: Why do I have problems connecting the<br />
device to my PC?<br />
A: Ensure that you have the latest version <strong>of</strong> <strong>Nokia</strong><br />
Ovi Suite or <strong>Nokia</strong> Nseries PC Suite and that it is<br />
installed and running on your compatible PC. For<br />
further information on how to use <strong>Nokia</strong> Ovi Suite<br />
or <strong>Nokia</strong> Nseries PC Suite, see the application help<br />
or visit the <strong>Nokia</strong> support pages.<br />
Q: Can I use my device as a fax modem with<br />
a compatible PC?<br />
A: You cannot use your device as a fax modem.<br />
However, with call diverting (network service), you<br />
can divert incoming fax calls to a fax number.<br />
Q: Why can’t the device find any program<br />
guides?<br />
A: Select Options > Rescan. If this does not help,<br />
select Options > Settings to view System<br />
status. If there is no signal strength or it is low,<br />
change location. Close and reopen the Settings<br />
dialog to see if the signal is better.<br />
Q: What do I do if the kick stand comes <strong>of</strong>f?<br />
A: If you drop the device, for example, the kick stand<br />
may come <strong>of</strong>f but it can be attached back.
