1675 SF BUC 324(C), B571 G109. Grave deposit. Period 2. In fragments.<br />

internal diameter 38.0 mm. rectangular section. thickness 1.00 mm. height<br />

4.0 mm. Hook-and-eye clasp. <strong>The</strong> decoration is transverse scoring<br />

between marginal grooves.<br />

1677 SF BUC 388/389(0. B1050G171. Grave deposit. Period 2. One of a pair<br />

with 1676. Fig 44. Internal diameter 56.0 mm. D-shaped section.<br />

thickness 2.0 mm. height 3.0 mm. <strong>The</strong> transverse grooves are deep. giving<br />

a ridged effect. <strong>The</strong> armlet has a lap joint, probably originally<br />

soldered, but now sprung apart.<br />

1678 SF BUC 388/389(C), B1050 G171. Grave deposit. Period 2. One of a pair<br />

with 1679, Fig 44, In fragments, internal diameter 54.5 mm, rectangular<br />

section, thickness 1.0 mm, height 4.5 mm. <strong>The</strong> decoration is slight<br />

transverse scoring between marginal grooves. Fixed by a lap joint,<br />

probably originally soldered. now sprung apart.<br />

1630 SF BUC 457(C), B1681. Unstratified (spoil heap). Fragment.<br />

1681 SF MRC 132(C), 76. Post-<strong>Roman</strong>. Internal diameter oval, 33.0 by 35.5 mm,<br />

circular section, thickness 2.5 mm. Both ends have been beaten to<br />

rectangular section. One may have been in the shape of a snake's head.<br />

<strong>The</strong> armlet is very worn and corroded. and the grooving may not be<br />

continuous.<br />

1682 SF BKC 69(C), A34 F16. Town ditch fill. Anglo-Saxon or Period 6.<br />

Fragment, with groups of three grooves alternating with plain panels.<br />

1685 SF CPS 529. 566 F114. Pit. Period 5. Fragment. with groups of nine<br />

grooves alternating with plain panels.<br />

1686 SF CPS 467(C), 576 F115. Occupation. Period 4. Fragment, with groups<br />

of seven grooves alternating with thick plain panels.<br />
