2477 SF BKC 2693. H14 L2. Topsoil. Post-<strong>Roman</strong>. Wall sherd. <strong>The</strong> edge has<br />

not been ground. Diameter 34.5 mm. thickness 8.0 mm. Diameter of<br />

perforation 3.5 mm. <strong>The</strong> wall of the hole is smooth but not straight.<br />

Grey ware. <strong>Roman</strong>.<br />

2478 SF BKC 2911. H121 F57. Pit. Period 5a. Wall sherd. Fragment. <strong>The</strong><br />

edge has been partly ground. Diameter 44.5 mm. thickness 9.0 mm.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re are two perforations close together near the centre. each about<br />

3.0 mm in diameter. <strong>The</strong> walls of these holes are smooth but not<br />

straight. Grey ware. 1st century.<br />

2479 SF BKC 4026. N44 F12. Pit. Period 6 or later. Wall sherd. Chipped.<br />

<strong>The</strong> edge has been partly ground. Diameter 29.5 mm. thickness 6.0 mm.<br />

Diameter of perforation 5.5 mm. Both surfaces are abraded round the<br />

perforation. the wall of which is not straight-sided. Oxfordshire<br />

colour coat bowl. Mid 3rd to 4th century.<br />

2480 SF BKC 5337. V487 L58. Daub floor. Period 2. Wall sherd. <strong>The</strong> edge<br />

has not been ground. Diameter 37.0 mm. thickness 4.0 mm. Diameter of<br />

perforation 5.5 mm. <strong>The</strong> wall of the hole is straight. Grey ware.<br />

Chipped. <strong>The</strong> edge has been ground and the outer surface abraded.<br />

Diameter 38.0 mm. thickness 9.5 mm. Diameter of perforation 6.5 mm.<br />

<strong>The</strong> wall of the hole is straight. Terra sigillata. form Dragendorff 31.<br />

Central or Eastern Gaul. Antonine.<br />

2432 SF BUC 57. A301 L1. Post-medieval. Wall sherd. Fragment. <strong>The</strong> edge is<br />

ground and both surfaces are alightly abraded. Diameter 38.5 mm.<br />

thickness 7.0 mm. Diameter of perforation 3.5 mm. <strong>The</strong> wall of the hole<br />
