Presentate alla stampa, a metà
giugno, nella nuovissima sede di
Geberit Italia a Manno, Lugano, le
ultime novità di produzione, targate
‘Design’, di cui avevamo già visto
alcuni elementi durante il Fuori
Salone ad aprile. Ad accoglierci
Giorgio Castiglioni, direttore
generale; Fabio Sabbadini, direttore
marketing; Alberto Rovati,
Responsabile Comunicazione, che

ci hanno illustrato i prodotti e le
strategie per il futuro. La giornata
è proseguita con la colazione
in un locale tipico (ottimo cibo!)
e la visita guidata alla splendida
mostra di Man Ray presso il Museo
d’Arte Villa Malpensata di Lugano.
Tecnologia, design, e arte in un mix
vincente!
Tanti e diversi i prodotti che abbiamo
visto da vicino. Uno su tutti
Monolith, un monolite essenziale
che funge da modulo di installazione
per fissare il vaso alla parete,
nella versione a pavimento o
sospesa. E’ perfetto per interventi
di ristrutturazione, in considerazione
che è possibile addirittura
installarlo davanti a vecchi impianti
preesistenti, senza demolire
muri. Il sottile parallelepipedo in
alluminio, che misura 48,5x10,6x101
(h) cm, racchiude la cassetta di risciacquo
con doppio pulsante laterale,
ed è rivestito, sul fronte, in
cristallo di sicurezza, disponibile
nelle finiture bianco, nero e verde
acqua.
The latest production called
‘Design’, for which we had already
seen some elements during the
Fuori Salone last April, were presented
to the press in mid June in
the brand new Geberit Italia headquarters
in Manno, Lugarno. To
welcome us were the managing director
Giorgio Castiglioni, marketing
director Fabio Sabbadini
and communications manager
Alberto Rovati, who illustrated
products and strategies for the
future. The day continued with
brunch in a typical restaurant (excellent
food!) and a guided tour of
the splendid Man Ray exhibition at

the Villa Malpensata Art Museum
of Lugarno. Technology, design
and art for a winning mix! Many
different products, seen at close.
Among them Monolith, a single
body, an essential monolith that
acts as an installation module for
fixing the toilet to the wall in the
freestanding or wall hanging version.
It is perfect for renovation
projects, considering that it is possible
to even install it in front of
old, already existing systems without
having to break down the
walls. The thin aluminium parallelpipedon
measuring 48.5x10.6x101
(h) cm, encloses the flushing cistern
with double side button and
on the front has safety crystal
available in the finishes of white,
black and aqua green.
