sulindaka, zmanjšujejo izlo�anje litijevih soli, zato je potrebno ob hkratni uporabi nadzorovati koncentracijo<br />

litija v plazmi. Salicilati ovirajo izlo�anje metotreksata in bistveno pove�ajo njegovo koncentracijo v plazmi,<br />

zato naj se ne bi uporabljali med kemoterapijo (16).<br />

Sklep<br />

Zdravljenje bole�ine je ena najpomebnejših nalog vsakega zdravnika. Poznavanje mehanizmov delovanja<br />

analgeti�nih zdravil ter interakcij med zdravili, ki se odražajo v ve�ini primerov z ve�jim analgeti�nim u�inkov<br />

in relativno nizko pojavnostjo resnih neželenih u�inkov, je nujno, da se prebrodi strah pred ve�jim<br />

predpisovanjem narkoti�nih analgetikov in njihovih kombinacij pri zdravljenju mo�ne bole�ine.<br />
