Zusammenfassung Abstract
Die allogene Transplantation gilt als opti-
male Behandlungsmethode der chronisch-
terminalen Niereninsuffizienz.
Für eine erfolgreiche Nierentransplanta-
tion und damit verbundene Vermeidung
von Komplikationen ist eine regelmäßi-
ge und engmaschige ambulante Nachsorge
der Patienten unabdingbar.
Diese Kontrollbesuche und der dadurch
forcierte Kontakt mit dem medizinischen
Personal in der NTX-Ambulanz nehmen
bei den Betroffenen einen hohen Stellen-
wert ein.
AFTER RENAL-TRANSPLANTATION
Allogenic renal transplantation is consi-
dered the optimum treatment for chronic
renal insufficiency.
If such transplantation is to be effective,
and the risk of renal rejection and other
complications is to be reduced, outpatients
need regular, and thorough, ambulatory af-
tercare. Such supervision and the resulting
contact with the medical staff of the NTX-
outpatient’s department play an important
