€82.02 million was invested into the purchasing<br />
of apartments or houses, for new developments<br />

For the year <strong>2009</strong> <strong>PSS</strong> a.s. concluded with building<br />
savings for legal entities 934 new contracts<br />
for building savings in the amount of €80.42<br />
million. The average target amount for thies<br />
contracts was €86,099. For the term of <strong>2009</strong>,<br />
<strong>PSS</strong> a.s. approved 322 building loans for legal<br />
entities and bridge loans in the amount of<br />
€27.84 million.<br />

From 1.1.<strong>2009</strong> the terms for contractual cancelations<br />
was changed, which means that<br />
a monthly term for cancelation, which begins on<br />
the day of delivery of notice. (Exceptions were<br />

6 year term of duration to the day of cancelation,<br />
in this case cancelation term was 2 days)<br />
From February <strong>2009</strong> changes to terms for dividing<br />
of contracts was made, whereas minimal<br />
separable amount was set at €100, also new rules<br />
were established which stated that at time<br />
of raising target amount, the client must have<br />
a minimal deposit on his separate contract in the<br />
amount of €400<br />
From March <strong>2009</strong> clients of <strong>PSS</strong> a.s. had the opportunity<br />
to sign agreements with an interest<br />
bonus and from October <strong>2009</strong> the <strong>PSS</strong> a.s. portfolio<br />
offered a new tariff – Senior extra; con-<br />

older the 55 years of age, who have the opportunity<br />
after closing a target amount to have paid<br />
to them the saved amount in the form of rent<br />
and that with an interest rate of up to 3%.<br />
From February <strong>2009</strong> <strong>PSS</strong> a.s. offers its XXL loan,<br />
only with a right of lien to the title. With every<br />
type of loan all participants’ debts are checked<br />
(except owners of the property, if they are<br />
a third person). From June <strong>2009</strong> there have been<br />
also changes to the amount of a right of lien<br />
to a properties value, if an unknown client the<br />
maximum load amount of a lien is up to 70%<br />
of the real market value of the property, with<br />
a known client it is a maximum lien of 90% market<br />
value of the property. From <strong>2009</strong>, <strong>PSS</strong> a.s.<br />
accepts students as debtors, and this in the case<br />
that his parent becomes a guarantor and codebtor.<br />
Throughout the entire year of <strong>2009</strong> long<br />
term clients of <strong>PSS</strong> a.s. had the option of requesting<br />
of further loans, which they had the option<br />
of utilizing at preferred rates. From September<br />
until the end of the year <strong>2009</strong>, <strong>PSS</strong> a.s. offered<br />
bridge loans with a lien title and a yearly interest<br />
rate of 3.99%.<br />
From January <strong>2009</strong> there was a change in the<br />
height of interest rate for the minimum target<br />
amount within the bridge loan for resident co-operatives<br />
and owners of property, property cooperatives,<br />
and property management of buildings.<br />
Within the bridge loan there was a change<br />
in some interest rates and this dependent on<br />
the target amount and initial deposit. Minimum<br />
amount of the target amount of a bridge loan<br />
for above-mentioned entity was from 1.1.<strong>2009</strong><br />
set at €15,000. With it coming into affect on January<br />
15, <strong>2009</strong>, security for a bridge loan was<br />
also updated, for group owners, owner co-operatives<br />
and property management. This update<br />
refers to the maximum amount of a loan of<br />
a target amount calculated to one apartment,<br />
respectively to the owner of the building. Stated<br />
terms were updated again on June 2, <strong>2009</strong><br />
the maximum amount for a loan and its target<br />
amount for a bridge loan with a loan secured by<br />
a lien on the title and independent guarantee as<br />

can access more, while in keeping with terms<br />
that the whole total of the target amount does<br />
