The first criterion is at the same time the most important. Under<br />

peaceful dissent I understand foremost that no unlawful violation of<br />

civil rights of others is justified or advocated. In my view this is the only<br />

really essential requirement for a legitimate expression of an opinion,<br />

while pornography, depictions of violence, vituperation etc. are not dis-<br />
