Discovery Session (PADS) packet. When you configure this statement, it affects PADS<br />

packets sent on all PPPoE interfaces configured on the router after the command is<br />

issued; it has no effect on previously created PPPoE interfaces. By default, the AC-Name<br />

and AC-Cookie tags are transmitted in the PADS packet, along with the Service-Name,<br />

Host-Uniq, Relay-Session-Id, and PPP-Max-Payload tags.<br />

NOTE: In Junos <strong>OS</strong> Release 12.1 and earlier, only the Service-Name, Host-Uniq,<br />

Relay-Session-Id, and PPP-Max-Payload tags are contained in the PADS<br />

packet by default. The AC-Name and AC-Cookie tags are not transmitted in<br />

the PADS packet by default.<br />
