BlueLink TPA
BlueLink is an affiliate of Blue Cross and an independent licensee
of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association serving residents
and businesses of Minnesota. BlueLink utilizes the Blue Cross
network of participating providers, provider contract pricing, Blue
Distinctions Centers of excellence and the Care Comparison online
tool.. Plan benefits vary by employer, all which are self-insured.
Some BlueLink employer customers use remote processing,
meaning that claims come to Blue Cross, they are priced, and then
sent to the employer to complete the claims processing. There are
also employers who utilize our Blue Cross networks but process
their claims through a third-party administrator.
Providers have access to benefits information for BlueLink
members through PWSS.
The BlueCard program enables a BlueLink member obtaining
health care services while traveling or living in another plan’s
service area to receive the benefits of the Blue Cross plan listed on
their member ID card and to access the local plan’s provider
networks and savings.
For inquiries, adjustments or appeals contact the employer or the
third-party administrator directly. File electronic claims to Blue
