BlueCard Service
Claims Questions Provider web self service should be used to check the status of a
BlueCard claim. Enter only the member’s Blue Cross ID number
without the alpha prefix and the dates of service.
Claim status is also available by calling Blue Cross provider
services. Status is available via a FAX or automated voice
response.
We encourage you to self service so that our provider services staff
is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding
claims, claims payment and problem resolution.
Please pay special attention to the phone prompts to ensure
connection to the correct representative within Blue Cross provider
services.
BlueCard claims cannot be viewed on BLUELINE.
