ARMHS is a health plan responsibility for Blue Plus ® Public
Program groups. These services are for members with a serious
mental illness.
The following provider specialties are eligible to provide these
services: Multi-specialty clinics, community mental health
clinics, behavioral health clinics, psychiatrists, Ph.D. level
licensed psychologists, master’s level licensed psychologists,
clinical nurse specialists, licensed independent clinical social
workers, licensed marriage/family therapists, and psychiatric
mental health nurse practitioners.
Eligible providers must be certified through DHS as Adult
Rehab Mental Health Services providers.
