• Opportunity for <strong>London</strong> to benefit economically from increased/new tourism<br />

• That <strong>London</strong> becomes a relatively more attractive climate than other European<br />

cities e.g. Paris, Madrid, Rome i.e. it doesn’t get as bad as they do.<br />
