ethnic people <strong>in</strong> UK film <strong>in</strong> a non-ghet<strong>to</strong>ised way.<br />
• Carry out audience studies of medium <strong>to</strong> small audience films so<br />
as <strong>to</strong> better understand diverse demand <strong>in</strong> the ’long tail’.<br />
• Carry out studies of the UK national/regional film audience <strong>to</strong><br />
f<strong>in</strong>d out whether there are niche national/regional audiences<br />
whose needs could be better met.<br />
• Study the audiences of archive films and promote access <strong>to</strong> film<br />
archives.<br />
