Access <strong>to</strong> fund<strong>in</strong>g may be improv<strong>in</strong>g regard<strong>in</strong>g ethnicity and gender.<br />
In the survey on women screenwriters (IES 2006) respondents said<br />
they were receiv<strong>in</strong>g more scripts from women than previously. The<br />
three funds from the UK <strong>Film</strong> Council have been moni<strong>to</strong>red on<br />
diversity (gender, ethnic m<strong>in</strong>ority, disability) s<strong>in</strong>ce 2001-2 and the<br />
results are shown <strong>in</strong> Table 3.7.<br />
