– Throwing Stick: range 3/6/12, Str+d4. This could be a sharpened<br />

stick, usable as a melee weapon, or a shaped blunt stick, like an<br />

Aboriginal boomerang, which is only useful as a ranged weapon.<br />

• Special Abilities:<br />

– Fire Bad!: Well, not just fire... Neanderthals confronted with<br />

magic or weird science are easily startled. They must make a<br />

Guts check when confronted by them.<br />

15.2. Nightmare<br />

These horrifying horses are as big as Clydesdales, pitch black, snort fire<br />

and brimstone and strike sparks with every hoofbeat. They’re often used<br />

as mounts by the forces of Darkness.<br />
