12.1. KILLERS CHAPTER 12. K
• Special Abilities:
– Fear -2
– Invulnerability: Normal attacks can only leave the Bogeyman
Shaken.
– Move in Darkness: The Bogeyman can travel instantaneously
from one place to another, anywhere in the world, so long as it’s
completely dark. (Hence his preference for closets and under
beds.)
– See in the Dark: Lighting penalties are reversed for the Bogeyman:,
it sees normally in total darkness, -1 for Dark, -2 Dim, and
-6 for full lighting.
– Weakness (Knives): If you manage to get one of the Bogeyman’s
own knives away from him, he can be Wounded with it normally.
If he’s killed with one, he vanishes into shadow, but isn’t permanently
dead; he reforms seven nights later, but can never return
to the place where he was “killed”.
– Weakness (Daylight): Direct sunlight does 2d8 damage to the
Bogeyman each round, and is the only thing that will kill him
permanently.
their unnatural origins; this doesn’t count as armor, so AP attacks
gain no benefit.
