18.13. Stalker (WC)<br />
These creatures from the elemental plane of air are often summoned by<br />
wizards to act as trackers or hunters. They’ll follow their instructions to<br />
the letter, but hate their enforced servitude, so they’ll attempt to twist any<br />
command given to them which isn’t stated as simply and clearly as possible.<br />
• Attributes: Agility d10, Smarts d8, Spirit d8, Strength d8, Vigor d10<br />
• Skills: Fighting d8, Guts d6, Notice d8, Stealth d10, Taunt d8, Tracking<br />
d10<br />
• Pace: 6 ; Parry: 6; Toughness: 7<br />
• Special Abilities:<br />
– Claws: Str+d6<br />
– Flight: Stalkers have a Flying Pace of 24”, with an Acceleration<br />
of 6”.<br />
– Invisible: As their name implies, stalkers are permanently invisible.<br />
This is their natural state, so Dispel or similar effects won’t<br />
make them visible. See the Invisibility power (see SW:EX page<br />
91) for details.<br />
18.14. Swamp Monster (WC)<br />
These creatures live in the blackest lagoons, usually in South and Central<br />
America. They are reclusive so long as their territory isn’t invaded. If<br />
anyone enters their hunting ground, they’re fair game. Swamp monsters<br />
prefer to steal up underwater and attack from below whenever possible.<br />
• Attributes: Agility d8, Smarts d8 (A), Spirit d10, Strength d12+1,<br />
Vigor d10<br />
• Skills: Fighting d10, Guts d10, Notice d8, Stealth d10, Swimming d10<br />
• Pace: 4 ; Parry: 7; Toughness: 9 (2)<br />
• Edges: Combat Reflexes, Frenzy<br />
• Special Abilities:<br />
– Amphibious: The swamp monster can breathe both air and water<br />
equally well, and swims at Pace 10.<br />
