7.62
7.53 Persons aggrieved by or any officer, department, board, or bureau of the Town affected by a
decision of the Zoning Administrator, may appeal such decision to the Board of
Adjustment within thirty (30) days following the date of said decision, by filing with the
Zoning Administrator and with the Board a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof
pursuant to Section 7.31.
7.6 Repeal, validity and saving clause.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
7.61 Validity.
Should any section or provisions of this Code be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional
or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the Code as a whole or any part thereof
other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.
7.62 Saving clause.
The repeal of the Ordinance or parts thereof by this Code shall not: affect suits pending or
rights existing immediately prior to the effective date of this Code; impair, avoid, or affect any
grant or conveyance made or right acquired or cause of action now existing under any such
repealed ordinance or amendment thereto; or issued or sold in constituting a valid obligation of
the issuing authority immediately prior to the effective date of this Code.
