In no case shall the building setback be less than the landscape<br />

setback. Refer to Chapter II for landscape requirements.<br />

Front and street side yards are to be entirely landscaped. The greater<br />

between this requirement and the arterial collector street shall apply.<br />

Height may exceed 30 feet if approved in conjunction with<br />

Planned Area <strong>Development</strong>s per Section 1.8.<br />

Bufferyard requirements require more stringent setback. height and other<br />

regulations when adjacent to certain residential areas. Refer to Chapter II.<br />
