(Note 1) These PID related items appear only under PID control specified by function code J01 (= 1, 2 or 3). When a PID<br />

command or PID output is displayed, the dot at the lowest digit on the LED monitor blinks; when a PID feedback<br />

amount is displayed, it is lit.<br />

(Note 2) The analog input monitor appears only when the analog input monitor is enabled by any of function codes E61 to E63<br />

(Select terminal function).<br />

(Note 3) Under V/f control, a zero (0) is displayed.<br />
