ZORBAX Bio-SCX Series II<br />

ZORBAX has Bio-SCX Series II columns designed for optimized 2-D separations of peptides and<br />
proteins using LC/MS. This packing is based on ultra-pure 3.5 µm ZORBAX silica particles, bonded<br />
with a bio-friendly polymer that is functionalized with sulfonic acid groups. This gives strong retention<br />
and good peak shape in the ion-exchange step of 2-D analysis of peptides and proteins.<br />
