Equipment Cost Credit
To avoid double-counting the cost of equipment, the portion of equipment that is
purchased during expansion of library buildings is subtracted. Based on information
provided by the IRC Library System, this figure amounts to 44 percent of the existing
equipment, as presented in Table VI-16.
