All dispatchers know the RTA policy regarding the<br />
pick-up window, and the drivers also know to take<br />
a break if they are going to arrive at a pick-up<br />
before the window. The only concern would be if a<br />
Runabout passenger schedules a pick-up after 5<br />
PM for the next day when the schedule is already<br />
done; however, we are still able to pick them up<br />
and get them to their appointment. Also, some<br />
riders do not tell us they have appointments.<br />
