• Service within <strong>San</strong> <strong>Luis</strong> <strong>Obispo</strong> from Prado Rd. and Higuera to South Broad via<br />

Tank Farm Road to establish connectivity between the Prado Day Center and the<br />

Creekside one-stop services center (Dept. <strong>of</strong> Social Services),<br />

• Medical trips to <strong>San</strong>ta Barbara’s <strong>San</strong>sum Clinic or doctors’ <strong>of</strong>fices (Coast<br />
