<strong>Management</strong> Parameters<br />

Use the <strong>Management</strong> tab to configure passwords <strong>and</strong> other service parameters.<br />

Passwords<br />

The Password tab lets you configure the SNMP, Telnet, <strong>and</strong> HTTP (Web Interface) passwords.<br />

For all password fields, the passwords must be between 6 <strong>and</strong> 32 characters. Changes take effect immediately after you<br />

click OK.<br />

• SNMP Read Community Password: The password for read access to the <strong>5012</strong>-<strong>SUR</strong> using SNMP. Enter a password<br />

in both the Password field <strong>and</strong> the Confirm field. The default password is public.<br />

• SNMP Read/Write Community Password: The password for read <strong>and</strong> write access to the <strong>5012</strong>-<strong>SUR</strong> using SNMP.<br />

• Telnet (CLI) Password: The password for the CLI interface. Enter a password in both the Password field <strong>and</strong> the<br />

Confirm field. The default password is public.<br />

• HTTP (Web) Password: The password for the Web browser HTTP interface. Enter a password in both the Password<br />

field <strong>and</strong> the Confirm field. The default password is public.<br />

Services<br />

The Services tab lets you configure the SNMP, Telnet, <strong>and</strong> HTTP (Web Interface) parameters. Changes to these<br />

parameters require a reboot to take effect.<br />
