4.4.2.2 TRASH RACKAlternate Names: Trash Grate, Safety GrateDESCRIPTIONA trash rack is a grate-like structure attached to culvert inlets and outlets andriser outlets. Trash racks prevent trash and other large objects from enteringand clogging the culvert or subsequent downstream areas.
