CHAPTER 7: PERMITTING7.1 PURPOSE AND USE OF THIS CHAPTERTRPA reviews projects proposed in the Lake Tahoe Region to determinecompliance with applicable provisions of the Compact, Goals and Policies,Code of Ordinances, other TRPA plans, maps and programs, and Rules ofProcedure. This Chapter is designed to provide guidance for determining if theBMPs proposed on a site will require additional TRPA review in the form of aTRPA Project Application. This Chapter is not intended to cover all types ofactivities which may require TRPA review.
