Section 154Measurement154.06 Measure Contractor testing by the lump sum.Payment154.07 The accepted quantity, measured as provided above, will be paid at thecontract price per unit of measurement for the pay item listed below that isshown in the bid schedule. Payment will be full compensation for the workprescribed in this Section. See Subsection 109.05.The Contractor testing lump sum will be paid as follows:(a) 25 percent of the lump sum, not to exceed 0.5 percent of the original contractamount, will be paid after all the testing facilities are in place, qualifiedsampling and testing personnel are identified, and the work being tested hasstarted.(b) Payment for the remaining portion of the lump sum will be proratedbased on the total work completed.Payment for all or part of this item may be retained, if Government verificationtesting invalidates the Contractor testing.Payment will be made under:Pay ItemPay Unit15401 Contractor testing Lump sum78
