Section 155155.07 Acceptance. Construction schedules will be evaluated under Subsection106.02.Measurement155.08 Measure construction schedules by the lump sum.Payment155.09 The accepted quantity, measured as provided above, will be paid at thecontract price per unit of measurement for the pay item listed below that isshown in the bid schedule. Payment will be full compensation for the workprescribed in this Section. See Subsection 109.05.The construction schedule lump sum will be paid as follows:(a) 25 percent of the lump sum, not to exceed 0.5 percent of the originalcontract amount, will be paid after the preliminary construction schedule isaccepted.(b) 50 percent of the lump sum will be paid after the construction scheduleis accepted.(c) Payment of the remaining portion of the lump sum will be prorated basedon the total work completed.Payment will be made under:Pay ItemPay Unit15501 Construction schedule Lump sum83
