The following features for Internet telephony stations are actively supported:<br />

– CL<strong>IP</strong> (Calling Line Identification Presentation)<br />

– CLIR (Calling Line Identification Restriction)<br />

– COLP (Connected Line Identification Presentation)<br />

– COLR (Connected Line Identification Restriction)<br />

– Consultation hold<br />

– Call hold<br />

– Toggle<br />

– Transfer (Screened transfer)<br />

– DISA (Direct Inward System Access): Features cannot be activated for the S<strong>IP</strong> telephone.<br />

– Inband DTMF<br />

Although Internet telephony stations may not activate the following features, they may be<br />

passively involved:<br />

– Call forwarding (forwarding to an Internet telephony station is supported)<br />

– Conference (Internet telephony stations may be passively involved)<br />

– Park (Internet telephony stations may be parked; from the perspective of the Internet<br />

telephony station, this is similar to "Call hold")<br />

– Live Call Recording (Internet telephony stations may be passively involved)<br />

– Whisper (Internet telephony stations may be passively involved)<br />

– Automatic COS changeover (Internet telephony stations support automatic COS<br />

changeover)<br />

– Internal traffic restriction groups (Internet telephony stations can be entered in ITR<br />

groups)<br />

The following restrictions apply to Internet telephony stations:<br />

– Internet telephony stations are configured on <strong>HiPath</strong> <strong>3000</strong>/<strong>5000</strong> 7V as DSS1 (functional<br />

telephones) and therefore cannot be supervised by the system (no monitoring). Internet<br />

telephony stations cannot use applications that require monitoring (for example,<br />

<strong>HiPath</strong> ComAssistant).<br />

– Internet telephony stations cannot be integrated into call pickup groups, hunt groups,<br />

team, top or MULAP groups.<br />
