Metal multipurpose dowel M-VZ
The BTI metal multipurpose dowel has been designed for light assembly; the ideal range of application is
therefore in installation
The „TRGI“ (technische Richtlinie für Gas-Installation)
requires under item 3.3.7.2, Laying the inner lines:
„… pipe fixings must be fire-protected, the supporting
parts of pipe fixings must be made of non-flammable
materials …“.
The metal multipurpose dowel together with set screw
M8 fully comply with these requirements.
Attention:
Apart from gas concrete, the diameter of the
borehole, must be adapted to the underground.
The following rule applies: the harder the
underground, the larger the boring.

Chromatisized steel
Screws:
All wooden screws, chipboard screws, fast-fixing screws
etc. can be used.
undergrounds:
In poroton, hole bricks, pumice stone and light concrete.
In gas concrete, hammer in the dowel without preboring.
The brass expansion dowel with metric inner thread is particularly suitable for fixing heavy objects into hard
materials

undergrounds:
Hard materials, e.g. concrete solid brick stonework, not
suitable for soft materials
