Terra-Vent-System
For construction of terraces with movement absorption and air circulation
the terra-Vent-system is ideal for construction of
terraces of hard woods. the combination of terra-Vent-
system strip with the drilltec Z Es and the terratec
system screw guarantees optimum movement
absorption in addition to excellent air circulation. As the
terra-Vent-system strip helps the screw to compensate

subjected to any shear whatsoever. this prevents any
dampness between the substructure and the coating.
this consequently minimizes the weathering of the
wood.
Processing instructions:
Fix the terra-Vent-system strip in the center of the
substructure using drilltec Z 4.0 x 40 Es. using
terra-tec-system screws, screw the floors onto the
substructure having terra-Vent system strips making
sure that a minimum distance of 7 mm is left between
the floors. two terra-tec system screws should be used
at every point where the floor and substucture cross
each other.
