isopact BG HRF
Multi-component, asymmetric insulation for insulating
connection lines of heaters
g Approved by the building authorities
g Stable
With high tear-resistance HRF-PE fabric, the new
isopact BG HRF stands up to even the hardest
conditions at the building site, whereby the pipe
is protected effectively against structure-borne
contacts
g Low
Due to the newly developed floor insulation strips,
isopact BG HRF provides a thermal conductance
value of l R = 0.035 W/mK for the first time;
at a full insulation effect, the height is reduced by
14 mm in comparison to other insulation materials;
even the 100 % models vanish in the heat insulation
layer; the impact sound insulation can be laid
throughout; excellent impact sound insulation
values can be achieved; the danger of cracks in the
floor paving is minimized
g Asymmetrical
The same insulation downwards against heat loss
as with round-extruded insulation materials at
minimum height
g Flexible
Due to its flexible character and an optimal buckling
and bending characteristic, it can be easily pushed
over bent connection lines of heaters; also has good
nonslump properties in curves – the insulation
strips remain where the heat loss has to be avoided:
on the raw floor
LDPE coating
Space saving insulation for floor areas
g Low width
Narrow, space-saving construction minimizes the
breaks in the insulation layer in the floor construction;
the danger of cracks in the floor paving is considerably
reduced due to increased bending stress
g Straight-line
Due to the straight-lines side wall of isopact BG
HRF, a matching connection is achieved to the
adjacent isopact insulation as well as a heat and
impact sound layer; cavities and uneven locations
within the paved floor, as occur in round insulation,
are avoided; the full buoyancy of the paving is
maintained and the danger of cracks to the paving
is reduced.
g Excellent impact sound insulation values
Even if a thoroughgoing laying of the impact sound
insulation layer is not possible for large isopact
sizes when the floor construction is low, there is an
improvement of structure borne noise reduction of
up to 38 dB when using isopact BG HRF in the floor
construction
