Anaerobic adhesives for high and medium screw retention
g To fix and seal screws, nuts, stay bolts, threaded
insert and hydraulic connection
g The one-component, solvent-free adhesives
harden under exclusion of oxygen and metal
contact to a rigid plastic
g Screw retentions prevent corrosion and form
positive, shock-proof and vibration-resistant
connections
g Very resistant to most chemicals and solvents
g The highly secure screw retention is difficult to
disassembly; for threads and parts which normally
do not need loosening
Technical data
g Medium screw retention can be disassembled and
loosened with normal tools
Processing instructions:
Apply material directly to the oil-free, grease-free
and dust-free surface. The curing speed is influenced
by catalytic influence of metal, gap length and
environment temperature. Fast curing with active
materials, e.g. non-ferrous heavy metals. Slow curing
with passive materials, e.g. zinc, chrome, nickel,
stainless steel.
