Anaerobic adhesives for high and medium screw retention<br />

g To fix and seal screws, nuts, stay bolts, threaded<br />

insert and hydraulic connection<br />

g The one-component, solvent-free adhesives<br />

harden under exclusion of oxygen and metal<br />

contact to a rigid plastic<br />

g Screw retentions prevent corrosion and form<br />

positive, shock-proof and vibration-resistant<br />

g Very resistant to most chemicals and solvents<br />

g The highly secure screw retention is difficult to<br />

disassembly; for threads and parts which normally<br />

do not need loosening<br />

g Medium screw retention can be disassembled and<br />

loosened with normal tools<br />

Processing instructions:<br />

Apply material directly to the oil-free, grease-free<br />

and dust-free surface. The curing speed is influenced<br />

by catalytic influence of metal, gap length and<br />

environment temperature. Fast curing with active<br />

materials, e.g. non-ferrous heavy metals. Slow curing<br />

with passive materials, e.g. zinc, chrome, nickel,<br />

stainless steel.<br />
