Screw lock
Anaerobic adhesive for high and medium strength screw locking
g used to fix and seal screws, nuts, stay bolts,
thread inserts and hydraulic connections
g Single component, solvent-free adhesives harden
when deprived of atmospheric oxygen and when
metal comes into contact with a ductile synthetic
material
g Screw locks can prevent corrosion and form
positive locking impact and vibration-free
connections
g Highly resistant to most chemicals and
solvents
g The secure screw lock is difficult to dismantle;
ideal for threads and components that normally no
longer need to be dismantled
Technical data
g The medium strength screw lock can be
dismantled and reassembled with normal tools
processing instructions:
Apply the material directly to oil, grease and dust-
free surfaces. The hardening time is affected by the
catalytic effects of metal, gap lengths and environmental
temperature. Quick drying on active materials such as
painted metals. Slow hardening on passive materials
such as zinc, chrome, nickle and stainless steel.
