Primer S402 plastic
CARE + CLEANING
Ready-for-use pre-coating for silicone sealing compounds for improved sealing on plastic
Increases adhesion of the sealing compound on
the surface
Ensure secure adhesion of the sealing compound
with joints, which are subject to constant
movement or changing climate conditions
Range of application:
For all plastics with insufficient adhesion such as ABS
plastic, polyester and acrylic; not suitable for Makrolon,
PE, PP and Teflon; only suitable for silicone sealing
compounds
Processing instructions:
The surface adhesions must be clean, dry, stable and
free of grease; remove loose parts; apply undiluted
with brush in sufficient amount. After use wait at least
15 minutes before applying sealing compound. Tools
can be cleaned immediately after use with white spirit.
Primer S403 PU
Ready-for-use pre-coating for polyutherane and polysulfide
Increases adhesion of the sealing compound on
the surface
Ensure secure adhesion of the sealing compound
with joints, which are subject to constant
movement or changing climate conditions
Range of application:
For improved adhesion on porous surfaces such as
concrete, masonry, lime sand brick, plaster walls,
plaster cardboard plates, gas concrete and wood
Processing instructions:
The surface adhesions must be clean, dry, stable and
free of grease; remove loose parts; apply undiluted
with brush in sufficient amount. After application wait
at least one hour but no longer than 4 hours until the
sealing compound is applied. If the maximum airing time
has passed a new layer of primer should be applied.
