Sealing layer forming fire protection sealing compound for S 90 wall and ceiling ducts of cables, cable looms<br />

and cable bearing systems acc. to DIN 41<strong>02</strong>, part 9<br />

Application areas:<br />

Walls made from:<br />

Masonry, concrete, steel concrete<br />

Ceilings made from:<br />

Concrete, steel concrete<br />

Minimum component length:<br />

15 cm each<br />

bulkhead strength:<br />

≥ 15 cm<br />

Max. bulkhead size:<br />

Wall and ceiling: ≤ 500 cm² or dia. 25 cm<br />

Other application areas:<br />

Especially suitable for sealing remaining apertures for<br />

later configuration, for sealing small joints in the fire<br />

protection system LBM 90 fire protection grout and for<br />

sealing small cable ducts<br />

Processing instructions:<br />

Minimum filling depth from every bulkhead side: 5 cm;<br />

of the remaining space can be filled with mineral<br />

rock of fire class A acc. to DIN 41<strong>02</strong>, melting point<br />

> 1000 °C; later configuration by closing the remaining<br />

joint with S 90 fire protection sealing compound is<br />

easily and quickly possible; shelf life: 9 months at<br />

+20 °C<br />

for secure application of the fire break in compliance<br />
