Sealing layer forming fire protection sealing compound for S 90 wall and ceiling ducts of cables, cable looms
and cable bearing systems acc. to DIN 4102, part 9
Application areas:
Walls made from:
Masonry, concrete, steel concrete
Ceilings made from:
Concrete, steel concrete
Minimum component length:
15 cm each
bulkhead strength:
≥ 15 cm
Max. bulkhead size:
Wall and ceiling: ≤ 500 cm² or dia. 25 cm
Other application areas:
Especially suitable for sealing remaining apertures for
later configuration, for sealing small joints in the fire
protection system LBM 90 fire protection grout and for
sealing small cable ducts
Processing instructions:
Minimum filling depth from every bulkhead side: 5 cm;
of the remaining space can be filled with mineral
rock of fire class A acc. to DIN 4102, melting point
> 1000 °C; later configuration by closing the remaining
joint with S 90 fire protection sealing compound is
easily and quickly possible; shelf life: 9 months at
+20 °C
The “general planning permission” must be observed
for secure application of the fire break in compliance
with the permission. general planning permission for
