During the hardening time, the temperature in the
anchoring ground must not fall below +5 °C.
Storage temperature: +5 °C to +25 °C
The anchoring ground must be comprised of
stonework acc. to DIN 10 made of the following
materials and with the minimum stone solidity
classes:
Solid brick ≥ MZ 12 acc. to DIN 105
Lime sand solid brick≥ KS 12 acc. to DIN 106
Tophole brick ≥ HLz 4 acc. to DIN 105-1-2
Lime sand perforated brick ≥ KSL 4 acc. to
DIN 106-1
Hollow block stone made of light concrete ≥ Hbl 2
acc. to DIN 18 151
Hollow block stones made of concrete ≥ Hbn 4 acc.
to DIN 18 163
Excavated, porous light concrete (TGL)
Note:
Approval applies only to UPM 44 when used with
UPM-A anchor rods M8 – 12 and inner threaded sleeves
UPM-I M8/perforated sleeve UPM-SH 16/075 M.
Processing:
1. Remove lock nut, remove closing cap
2. Place and hold on the static mixer, screw on the
lock nut; use the slot-on plug when using UPM-SH
perforated sleeve
3. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge pistol
4. Run out the composite mortar until there is a
uniform coloring
Shelf life:
18 months, store cool and dry
Notes:
g Clean the borehole thoroughly (min. 2 x blow out
+ 2 x brush + 2 x blow out); refer to cleaning of
boreholes UVT-SF plus
g Use a new static mixer if you interrupt work or the
opening time is undershot
g Suitable for double-cartridge pistols and doublecartridge
