The single-sided design (ES) has both a butyl strip
and an adhesive strip concealed on the reverse.
The double-sided design (WS) has an adhesive
strip on the front and a butyl strip concealed on the
reverse.
Range of application:
Connection joints on windows and doors in external
areas; used as area seal under external window-sills;
on buildings made with precast concrete slabs that are
later furnished with a WDVS or a facade construction
Processing instructions:
Subsurfaces must be clean, dry, sturdy, and free of
grease, oil and other anti-adhesive elements. Treat
highly absorbant, porous subsurfaces such as porous
concrete and plaster in advance with Multi primer.
To ensure sufficient initial adhesion you must carefully
and firmly apply pressure. Use a pressure roller. The
Diffusion tape duo must overlap in the corners by approx.
3 cm.
