The single-sided design (ES) has both a butyl strip<br />

and an adhesive strip concealed on the reverse.<br />

The double-sided design (WS) has an adhesive<br />

strip on the front and a butyl strip concealed on the<br />

reverse.<br />

Range of application:<br />

Connection joints on windows and doors in external<br />

areas; used as area seal under external window-sills;<br />

on buildings made with precast concrete slabs that are<br />

later furnished with a WDVS or a facade construction<br />

Processing instructions:<br />

Subsurfaces must be clean, dry, sturdy, and free of<br />

grease, oil and other anti-adhesive elements. Treat<br />

highly absorbant, porous subsurfaces such as porous<br />

concrete and plaster in advance with Multi primer.<br />

To ensure sufficient initial adhesion you must carefully<br />

and firmly apply pressure. Use a pressure roller. The<br />

Diffusion tape duo must overlap in the corners by approx.<br />

3 cm.<br />
