been gnawed slightly by a rodent. No text is lost on pages 3-16. Pages 17-23 are<br />

missing parts <strong>of</strong> a few letters, and pages 24-29 are missing approximately one word<br />

per page, but the meaning <strong>of</strong> the text is always obvious. The last page <strong>of</strong> the sermon<br />

contains a list <strong>of</strong> baptisms to be recorded in the parish register.<br />
